Due to the continued expansion of PrimaryTec, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an ICT Educational Account Manager to join our successful sales team based in Hull. The key responsibilities of this position will be to manage a portfolio of assigned customers (mostly primary schools), by building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships. The focus being to provide them with ICT solutions and support. The candidate will actively seek and gain new opportunities across our geographical region of: Hull, East Yorkshire, York, North and North East Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire. This role will also involve supporting the Marketing Department by attending our regular educational events amongst other activities.

The applicant will liaise between our customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions; improving the customer’s overall experience by accurately identifying and meeting their requirements.

It is expected that the candidate possess good listening skills, has a positive attitude and is self-motivated. Good organisational and planning skills are essential too. Proven work experience as an Account Manager or other relevant experience, with a knowledge of ICT would also be beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems, are other worthwhile abilities. Although software training will be given.
