Education Managed Service Agreements for ICT

We have a variety of SLA’s to suite your needs and they do vary depending on the local authority you are with; we can always discuss bespoke options should you wish.

We can provide you with much more engineering time on site than local authority provision and at a much lower cost, allowing you to spend more on what matters – technology for teaching and learning.It is in our interest to keep your ICT running well, this helps us by keeping us relaxed and stress free, but more importantly it keeps your teaching staff engaged with the technology; there is nothing worse than teachers who have “lost faith” with their computers.

Our support packages range from unlimited support as and when you need it to fixed half day visits, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly – with emergency response in between. All of our support packages include free(we don’t take this out of your bought hours) on-site representation for OFSTED inspection visits – you ring us when you know they are coming and we will be on site for you while the inspectors are there – its our way of helping you during stressful times.

Admin Network and SIMS Support

Admin network and SIMS support is available as an addon to our Curriculum support packages. We will assist schools with purchasing their SIMS license direct from Capita and subscribe to our highly rated admin and SIMS support packages.

We understand how IT plays a major role in the running of your school and it can often be stressful if your IT is not working as it's supposed to. Our aim is to ensure your schools IT is functioning smoothly enabling you to do your job without any IT related stress.

You will know like we do that the management information system of your school is now becoming more embedded within all IT systems within the school, not just admin. Therefore Primary Technologies is your perfect partner for supporting all your IT needs.
